We talk with Senators Gerald Neal and Reggie Thomas about the recently-concluded KY General Assembly, and what they saw as the best and worst of it. (Sen. David Yates had a conflict and wasn't available.) We looked at various bills, and we talked about working relationships and how some of the actions of the majority came across during the session.
