Congressman Andy Barr, fresh off his vote to take away health insurance from many of his constituents, is not planning any town halls during this recess. He IS, however, speaking at a Lexington Medical Society event at the Hillary J. Boone Center at the University of Kentucky.

So, the groups Together We Will Bluegrass and the Kentucky chapter of the National Organization for Women are teaming up to provide a proper “welcome” for Mr. Barr as he goes into the event. Join them on Tuesday, May 9, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM at 510 Rose Street in Lexington.

For more info check out the Facebook event page.
