Publisher’s note: I probably ought to post a bio of Beau, since many people are not familiar with him or his work. Quick hit: He is a Japanese-born activist, anarchist, and journalist who was raised in the United States. He comes from a military family in Japan. He is also an ex-private military contractor who is highly experienced in doing military work.
