With all the other news these days, it's easy to forget that this is actually an election year in Kentucky. Three seats in the General Assembly will be decided on November 2nd in special elections in each district.

With all the other news these days, it's easy to forget that this is actually an election year in Kentucky. Three seats in the General Assembly will be decided on November 2nd in special elections in each district.

Here's the list of seats, and who is running.

Senate 22

This is to fill the seat left vacant by the death of Sen. Tom Buford. The seat includes part of Fayette County, plus Garrard, Jessamine, Mercer, and Washington counties. (Link to map)
