UA local 502 and IBEW local 369 are on strike. This event is to support them in this effort.
Workers are on strike at Monument Chemical in Brandenburg. The Greater Louisville Central Labor Council has scheduled a “Day of Action” to support them.
The event is Friday, July 12, in front of the plant at 2450 Olin Road. Organizers are asking persons attending to wear red.
