Are you someone who is passionate about making a difference through political work? Do you want to make a career out of it, but NOT as a candidate? Do you think you would make a good social media person, a strong field organizer, or even a winning campaign manager? Then Arena Academy is for you.

Arena Academy is a best-in-class training program for aspiring political professionals. It is an immersive five-day virtual learning experience where you will select one of seven tracks: Campaign Management, Communications, Data, Digital, Finance, Organizing, or Organizing Director. The hands-on experience culminates with the Arena Cup, a campaign simulation in which you'll work together on a team to build a winning campaign plan.

After graduating from Arena Academy, the Arena Careers team works to match Academy graduates with jobs on campaigns and at progressive organizations around the country.

But what about the cost?

Registration for Arena Academy costs $300 – BUT, a group of Kentucky political organizations are funding over 50 scholarships for Kentucky participants! So if you are interested, get your application in NOW so you can be eligible for one of those scholarships.
