The General Assembly has adjourned for ten days to allow Governor Beshear time to sign, veto, or ignore each bill they have sent him. If he signs the bill, of course, it becomes law. If he ignores it, it becomes law anyway without his signature.
But if he vetoes the bill, the lege can come back for the final two days and override the veto. Or not.
