Mae Suramek, a Berea business owner, is running as the Democratic candidate for KY House District 89, the seat vacated by the resignation of Robert Goforth.

The campaign has just released a new campaign video that talks about Suramek's background, and explains her vision for "setting aside our differences" and uniting to build the Kentucky we want for ourselves and for our children.

Suramek's campaign finance report for September 30 says she has raised over $36,000, as compared to over $10,000 for her challenger, Timmy Truett.

Suramek's campaign web site is MaeForKentucky.com, and she also has an ActBlue donation page.

Watch the video below. It's very well done.
