Veto Series 6: HB 3, the anti-abortion bill

HB 3, this session’s anti-abortion bill, was vetoed by the governor on Friday. The bill makes it harder for minors to get an abortion, and outlaws mail-order abortifacients. Most significantly, it bans abortions after 15 weeks except to save the life of the mother.
