The Fairness Campaign gave us a head-up that SB 239, the so-called “freedom of conscience” bill, is going to come up in the Senate Health Services Committee on Wednesday. It’s a train wreck of a bill, and another one you need to call about.

So, once again, call the LRC Comment Line at (800) 372-7181 to ask your Senator to vote NO on this bill.
